NON1 Salted Raspberry & Chamomile is a sparkling non-alcoholic wine alternative from Melbourne, Australia. Bright raspberry, floral chamomile and a delicate touch of Murray River salt come together in a refreshing, rosé-inspired drink with lively acidity and a dry, structured finish.

The flavor begins with ripe, tart raspberry before developing into soft floral notes and a subtle savory salinity. Chamomile contributes gentle tannins and a creamy texture, while Semillon verjus from Australia’s Barossa Valley provides the crisp acidity and structure normally associated with wine.

To create its concentrated raspberry flavor, freeze-dried Tasmanian raspberries are cold-steeped for 48 hours. A small amount of sugar is then used to balance the natural tartness of the fruit without overpowering its refreshing character.

With 0.0% ABV, NON1 offers a complex and food-friendly alternative to sparkling rosé. It is also vegan and gluten-free, making it an excellent choice for brunch, date night, celebrations or a relaxing alcohol-free evening at home.
