NON3 Toasted Cinnamon & Yuzu is a still non-alcoholic wine alternative from Australia with bright citrus, gentle spice and a savory finish. Concentrated orange, sharp Japanese yuzu and Semillon verjus create a tart, refreshing profile, while cinnamon and orange skin add subtle tannins and texture.

Murray River salt brings balance and a moreish savory quality, making NON3 a versatile alcohol-free drink for lunches, summer gatherings and casual entertaining. Vegan, gluten-free and best served chilled in a wine glass.

Made with water, verjus, oranges, yuzu, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Natural sediment and slight variations in color or flavor may occur. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 5–7 days.

What is dealcoholized wine?

Dealcoholized wine starts as traditional wine—fully fermented and aged—before the alcohol is gently removed. Most of our wines go through a vacuum distillation process, which keeps the flavor intact while removing the alcohol.

To balance taste and texture, some producers may add grape juice, must, or natural flavoring. The result is a complex, full-bodied wine experience—without the buzz.
