NON5 Lemon Marmalade & Hibiscus is a sparkling non-alcoholic wine alternative from Australia with tart citrus, floral hibiscus and a cool, herbal finish. Lemon verbena, lemongrass, lemon myrtle and peppermint create a bright, aromatic profile, while Semillon verjus adds refreshing acidity and structure.

Dry-hopping with Eclipse hops and spices brings gentle bitterness and complexity, while Murray River salt adds a savory, moreish quality. Vegan, gluten-free and best served chilled in a wine glass, NON5 is a refreshing choice for aperitivo hour, summer celebrations or a quiet alcohol-free evening.

Made with water, verjus, sugar, lemon verbena, lemongrass, hibiscus, lemon myrtle, liquorice root, peppermint, salt and hops. Refrigerate after opening, use a sparkling wine stopper and consume within 5–7 days.

What is dealcoholized wine?

Dealcoholized wine starts as traditional wine—fully fermented and aged—before the alcohol is gently removed. Most of our wines go through a vacuum distillation process, which keeps the flavor intact while removing the alcohol.

To balance taste and texture, some producers may add grape juice, must, or natural flavoring. The result is a complex, full-bodied wine experience—without the buzz.
