NON7 Stewed Cherry & Coffee is a sparkling non-alcoholic wine alternative from Australia with rich dark cherry, warming spice and subtle coffee notes. Cherries are slowly stewed with pink peppercorn, garam masala, allspice and nutmeg to create a deep, jammy flavor with layers of caramelized fruit and spice.

Cold brew Arabica coffee adds tannin, body and a dark chocolate-like finish, while Semillon verjus provides balancing acidity. Murray River salt adds a savory edge and a moreish finish. With no added sugar, NON7 is a bold alcohol-free option for dinner parties, winter gatherings or an afternoon pick-me-up.

Each bottle contains 37 mg of caffeine. Vegan, gluten-free and best served chilled in a wine glass.

Made with water, verjus, cherries, Arabica coffee, salt, pink peppercorn, garam masala, allspice and nutmeg. Refrigerate after opening, use a sparkling wine stopper and consume within 5–7 days.

What is dealcoholized wine?

Dealcoholized wine starts as traditional wine—fully fermented and aged—before the alcohol is gently removed. Most of our wines go through a vacuum distillation process, which keeps the flavor intact while removing the alcohol.

To balance taste and texture, some producers may add grape juice, must, or natural flavoring. The result is a complex, full-bodied wine experience—without the buzz.
