Oddbird Blanc de Blancs Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wine

Oddbird Blanc de Blancs is a dry non-alcoholic sparkling white wine from Languedoc-Roussillon, France. Made from Chardonnay and Colombard, it offers a fresh, refined profile with crisp Granny Smith apple, lemon peel, lime, honey and subtle almond notes.

Delicate bubbles and bright acidity give the wine a clean, elegant finish, while the blend delivers a balance of freshness, fruit and gentle complexity. The Languedoc-Roussillon origin adds a distinctly French character, shaped by the region’s limestone, schist and clay soils, sunny climate and cooling Tramontane winds.

Serve well chilled as an aperitif, with brunch, seafood or lighter dishes.

What is dealcoholized wine?

Dealcoholized wine starts as traditional wine—fully fermented and aged—before the alcohol is gently removed. Most of our wines go through a vacuum distillation process, which keeps the flavor intact while removing the alcohol.

To balance taste and texture, some producers may add grape juice, must, or natural flavoring. The result is a complex, full-bodied wine experience—without the buzz.
