Oddbird Presence Non-Alcoholic White Blend

Oddbird Presence is an organic non-alcoholic white wine blend from Alsace and the South of France. Made from Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Sylvaner, Viognier and Sauvignon, it offers fresh fruit, lemon, citrus and subtle spice with a mineral-driven finish.

Aged for 12 months, Presence combines vibrant acidity with a rounded mouthfeel and lasting tension on the palate. Its aromatic profile and refreshing structure reflect the cool climate, varied soils and long winemaking traditions of Alsace.

Sourced from Alsace & South of France, crafted from Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Sylvaner, Viognier, Sauvignon grapes and dealcoholized using — a process that preserves the full flavor profile while removing all alcohol.

What is dealcoholized wine?

Dealcoholized wine starts as traditional wine—fully fermented and aged—before the alcohol is gently removed. Most of our wines go through a vacuum distillation process, which keeps the flavor intact while removing the alcohol.

To balance taste and texture, some producers may add grape juice, must, or natural flavoring. The result is a complex, full-bodied wine experience—without the buzz.
