Oddbird GSM is a dry, structured non-alcoholic red wine from Saint-Chinian in southern France. Made from Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Carignan, this French red blend delivers dark fruit, spice and savory complexity with less than 0.5% ABV.

Expect notes of jammy blackberry, ripe red and black plum, dried cherry and cracked black pepper, followed by dried herbs and subtle earthy undertones. Unlike many sweeter alcohol-free reds, Oddbird GSM leans dry and food-friendly, with noticeable tannin and acidity that give it a more traditional red wine structure.
